➤ Can I print photos and text on one lamp?
Yes, you can print on both sides of the moon lamp. Please send your photo and text together, as they need to be printed simultaneously.

➤ Production Time?
Production takes 2-4 business days. Please ensure you have enough time to wait before placing your order. As personalized photo products are exclusive, we do not support order cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.
➤ How to Choose a Photo?
- Ensure the photo is clear and high-quality.
- A half-length photo with a clear face works best.
- For full-body photos, please select either 18cm, 20cm, or 23cm. Other sizes may not yield optimal printing results.
- Due to time zone differences, there may be instances where we cannot respond immediately. If you have a preferred photo and text, feel free to send them directly. If the photo quality is not suitable, we will contact you right away.

Touch the metal ring at the bottom of the moon lamp to turn the light on and off, and to change the colors.

Press and hold the metal ring to adjust the brightness.

Insert the DC connector into the metal ring at the bottom of the moon lamp to charge it. The red indicator light will remain on while charging. It will turn off automatically when fully charged.

If your hands are too dry or the temperature is too low, the light may not respond.

If the light is not turning on, try charging it for 1-2 hours first. You may also want to check if the brightness is set to the lowest level.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about your specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
After we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
