Refund Policy

At The Mutually, we stand by the quality of our eco-friendly products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

How to Start a Return

If you need to initiate a return, please contact us at info@themutually.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@themutually.com so we can assess the situation and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about your specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

After we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
